What If One Hour Could Change Everything?
This is your invitation to stop doing it all alone. To hear something true. To say something real. To remember what matters.
One of the reasons I chose Substack is because it makes real conversation possible. And right now, I want to connect more deeply with the two communities that have shaped and supported me most: 1. Everyday people doing brave, heart-centered work in the world; and 2. Coaches, therapists, leaders, and - You! My readers!
So here’s what I’m doing:
I’m inviting you to join two free online series this summer:
Practice as a Coach - for coaches, but also anyone who is curious to understand what does it mean to support other human beings in an unbiased and powerful way.
Come as you are. Click here to join the circle (If you’re still wondering, you’ll find a lot more description of this series below).
Tools for Transformation - for anyone on a path of change who is feeling stretched thin and wanting to reconnect with what truly matters.
Join us here—real growth starts with one honest hour (Not sure yet? Scroll down to read more about it).
You can join one or both the series. In both cases:
You show up for an hour.
You say something true.
You hear something true.
And little by little, you start to come alive.
And, there is more to say…
Does one hour blocked off in your calendar for yourself feel like too much?
During the early days of Covid, online gatherings became a lifeline for so many of us. While I don’t miss that chapter of life, I do miss the unique opportunity it gave us—to connect with people from all over the world, in real-time, from the quiet corners of our own homes.
For me, attending events like the ones I’m organizing this May and June has always been a surprising engine for growth—sometimes in ways I didn’t even expect. So I hope these events offer the same for you.
I describe both the series in more detail below…
⏸️ Take a Moment To Reflect Here:
Do you remember an online event that shifted something in you? What was it? Tell me in the comments. Let’s keep the conversation going.
Practice as a Coach
Three Biweekly Zoom Gatherings
Starts May 27 | Tuesdays at 6:30 PM ET
Why I’m offering this: Because coaching can be lonely. And real growth requires community.
This is for practicing coaches, facilitators, HR Professionals and therapists who want to walk their talk, even when it’s hard. Whether you’re seasoned or just starting out, you’ll get something here.
We’ll explore things like:
Coaching when the mask slips (yours or theirs)
That client you can’t crack
Coaching neurodivergent clients with love & clarity
These are spaces for real talk, real growth, and support that doesn’t come with a pitch. If you miss deep, meaningful conversations about the craft and the calling—this is for you.
👉 Join the gathering. Click here.
The right words at the right time can change everything. If you know a coach, therapist, or thoughtful human who’d resonate, I’d be so grateful if you shared this.
Tools for Transformation
Three Biweekly Zoom Gatherings
Starts June 3 | Tuesdays at 6:30 PM ET
Why I’m offering this: Because you’re not meant to change your life alone.
This is for growth-minded people navigating transition, trying to lead from the heart, or simply ready to stop pretending they have it all figured out.
We’ll explore things like:
What’s stopping you from becoming who you want to be?
Manifestation, magic, and momentum
Creating yourself from your future—not your past
You’ll leave each gathering with one practical tool, one new insight, and a deeper sense of possibility.
👉 Choose to show up. Start here. Save your spot.
These gatherings aren’t just for “coaches” or “leaders”—they’re for anyone waking up to what matters. If someone comes to mind, send this their way. I’d love to meet them.
⏸️ Take a Moment To Reflect Here:
We all know someone who gives a lot but rarely receives. What if you were the one who said: come sit with us? Forward this to them. You never know what might open.
Thank you for being part of this. It means the world.
Love,
Colin

I was recently in a webinar with Zach Bush, talking about soil, the biome project, salt, minerals, and their relationship to our health, and that of the earth. What stood out was something I've always felt, and wondered why no one is talking about: that all the NGO's and helping organizations and people are trying to solve the problems we have collectively created; isn't it time to look upstream, and see how we can deal with the source of all these problems. Just paraphrasing.
Do you remember an online event that shifted something in you?
After the Presidential election in 2016 I stepped away from Facebook due to the comments from my friends and family about politics (both sides). Since then many of my friends and family no longer communicate with me (they have no issues with me - they only communicate via FB). I know it was my choice and I'm old school, but I feel disconnected from many these days. That said I still have a great group I keep in contact with. Its been an interesting decision. I'm 59, semi retired in past year, engaged to be married and am making a major real estate transaction that will solidify my plan heading into my 60's. Changes aplenty, but the FB thing still lingers.
